Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request for Same Day and Next Day Service must be made within one hour of dropping off order at our store or if home picked up. Cancellation request for Regular service must be made before the end of the day the order was handed in Cancellation of a Pickup or Drop must be made via telephone call within 30 minutes of making a Pickup or Drop request A 100% refund will be paid for all pre-paid orders if we are unable to process your order for what so ever reason
